All buttons are created with the native Button widget of Elementor with the addition of CSS snippets to apply the custom hover effects. In other words, you don't need to install a third-party add-on to get all the hover effects.
After importing the template, you will get all of the Button widgets on a single page. You can simply copy and paste a Button widget you like to the page you are working on to get the hover effect (view the video below).
